* "Double the Savings 2025" offer is valid for new, individual bookings on all 2025 itineraries and departure dates—excluding all dates on Portugal and Mekong cruises. Bookings must be made between 1 April 2024 and 31 July 2024. Prices shown include a saving of $500 per person on 8-day cruises or $1,000 per person on longer cruises. Offer applies to full-fare bookings only and is valid for any stateroom category. All fares and savings listed are in New Zealand dollars. Savings featured are for cruise or cruise/tour only. Savings featured are per person based on double occupancy, and do not apply to airfares or other optional holiday add-ons. Rates and savings vary by itinerary and departure date. All applicable discounts are applied sequentially; fixed savings amounts are deducted prior to applying any percentage-based discounts. PRICES: All prices are per guest in New Zealand Dollars based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Fares are capacity controlled and are subject to change at any time without notice. All applicable discounts are applied sequentially. Fixed savings amounts are deducted prior to applying any percentage-based discounts. Availability of all stateroom categories cannot be guaranteed. If you have booked air travel and/or a cruise package that includes air travel through Uniworld River Cruises, the price of your entire package will be guaranteed at the time of making the initial payment required by it. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: A deposit of at least 10% of the cruise/tour fare (cruise/tour plus port charge plus pre and/or post land extensions, less applicable discounts), per person is required at time of booking. Final payment is due at least 120 days prior to departure. For new bookings, a courtesy hold of up to 72 hours is allowed but cannot extend past the final payment due date. For bookings made within 120 days of departure, full payment is due at time of booking. Reservations will be cancelled if payments are not received in a timely manner.
For all guests booking air travel through Uniworld River Cruises, promotional or otherwise, an additional non-refundable deposit of NZ$500 per person, unless otherwise stated, is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of air deposit your airfare, tax and fuel surcharges are final.
Your travel advisor shall, on receipt of any monies, hold such monies for each and every person named in the booking until the booking is confirmed, at which times those monies shall be remitted by your travel advisor to us. All such monies received by us will be deposited as required by law. We will be entitled to keep any interest earned on such monies. It is a condition of our confirmation of your booking and acceptance of your cruise that the monies held may be disbursed by us as and when we see fit or in respect of the services to be provided or fees payable under the cruise, and the payment of a deposit or otherwise for your cruise, shall be deemed to be a direction to disburse such monies as aforesaid.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PUBLISHED PRICE: These include, but are not limited to, airfares to and from your destination except where specified; airport/departure taxes; aircraft seat assignments, cost of passport and visas; taxes; excess baggage charges; laundry; phone calls; all items of a personal nature; items not included on regular menus; expenses for additional sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; and health, accident, baggage, or travel protection plans.
