We had secured a cancellation booking for accommodation but needed someone to co-ordinate the flights and other accommodation to tie in with this offer. We had less than 48 hours to put something together and make it happen. Rebecca contacted us after hours and made sure this was locked in and confirmed, which took the stress off us and we were able to relax and enjoy our weekend, knowing this was all taken care of. Rebecca has been able to contact our accommodation and get it all put under the one package with House of Travel, making it easier and simple for payment. Really appreciate Rebecca putting in the extra time on this. As our arrangements were slightly more involved than just flights and one accommodation, it was so much easier and less stressful to pass this on to an experienced consultant who deals with this every day. I didn't realise how stressful booking a last-minute holiday could be. Made worse that the time we were looking to go coincided with School Holidays. Rebecca was awesome. She coordinated our existing arrangement with the new holiday arrangements so that all transfers, flights and accommodation all line up and included in one package through house of travel, rather than us having to deal with multiple people.

Rebecca greeted me with a warm helpful smile. I knew that I was in good hands, then Rebecca recognised me from a couple of years ago when she had organised flights to Cambodia for me. She soon got down to organising my needed flights to Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. The flights to Mongolia seemed to be quite messy. She then came up with the idea of going through Hong Kong, brilliant idea! flights all booked , two night stopover in a nice hotel close to attractions etc. Transfers to and from Airport to Hotel, holiday insurance all done for me. Italy bans Airbnb self-check-ins

Travellers to Italy will have an extra step now as Airbnb rentals will no longer use lockboxes for self-check-in, following a new law aimed at enhancing security and preventing terrorism. Guests must now coordinate directly with their hosts for check-in.
