We couldn't speak highly enough of the fabulous profesional service we recieved from Petra. Petra was "on the button" all the way in a somewhat changing climate, gave us great advice over a number of areas, always willing to look at options and all done with quick but full responses and delivered with such enthusiasm and warmth. We thought we had worked with excellent agents previously ..... Petra is out in front by miles. Needless to say a seamless trip from departure to arrival.

The whole journey was fantastic - the planning, the various tours, ensuring the bits we did solo were listened too up to the part where one of our group had a medical emergency in the outback. These guys got us home speedily working overtime in a very helpful manner - it was never too much trouble. We are all so grateful for all the assistance you gave us because it made the fallout from that event so much easier to deal with. I've worked with Petra for many years, and she has always, always encouraged whatever dreams I have had personally so that I have travelled to so many countries - often alone and my safety and joy has never been in question. Sometimes in a foreign place where I don't speak the language things have turned to custard, but Petra has always been at the end of the phone ready to step in. I really appreciate that. We have had the trip of a lifetime which we booked with Fay from HOT. This was 12months in the making and Fay was so helpful working with us on an itinerary that met our specific requests. Having never been this far before we wanted to do as much as possible. We might have been lucky, but I feel it is more about the professionalism of Fay, we had no issues with flights or the accommodation. Everything went smoothly. Our hotels were beautiful and the suggested tours we booked amazing. Our river cruise was great and talking to others the choice that Fay suggested exceeded other experiences with other providers. I recommend Fay and HOT to anyone wanting a personal experience with someone who cares about you and wants to help make some special memories by stress free travel :)

Fay Atkins at House of Travel is great to deal with! I wanted to book a flight to Melbourne but didn't want the hassle of booking through the airline's website. Fay made the whole process so smooth and easy. She is an excellent communicator and responded promptly to all my questions. She also gave me very good advice about being at the airport at the recommended three hours in advance. While I thought this was excessive, I'm glad I followed her advice as I was held by a lot of chaos at the airport. Fortunately, I was still left with enough time to have lunch, relax and browse the shops before boarding my flight. I will definitely use House of Travel again for all my domestic and international travel plans.
